We want you to feel comfortable choosing DearPillow. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to try your pillow at home—even if you’ve used it.
If it’s not the right fit, contact us within those 30 days with your order number to request a return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions on where to send it.
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

You CANNOT track your order until we personally ship out the set on my end. This takes about 2-5 days.. Once it's shipped, you will be notified either by text or email with tracking information!

How do I use DearPillow?
Place the pillow flat on your mattress, with your head in the central cradle and your neck resting over the contoured edge. Rotate it to try the other height and choose whichever feels more comfortable
What makes it different from a regular pillow?
DearPillow combines a shaped memory foam core with a recessed head cradle and raised neck contours. Instead of fluffing or folding loose filling, you can choose between two contour heights.
Is it suitable for side and back sleepers?
DearPillow’s central cradle and raised contours are designed for side and back sleeping. Your preferred height will depend on your body, mattress, and sleeping position.
What size is the pillow?
DearPillow measures approximately 60 × 40 cm, with contour heights of 8 cm and 12.2 cm.
Will it take time to get used to?
It may feel different if you’re switching from a soft, traditional pillow. Try both heights and give yourself time to find a comfortable position. Comfort is personal—there’s no need to continue using it if it feels uncomfortable.
How do I clean it?
Remove the fitted cover and follow its care label. Gently spot clean the memory foam with a lightly damp cloth, then let it air dry completely. Do not machine wash or submerge the foam.
